This is an excellent buyer to deal with and I would unreservably recommend them to anyone else. I've dealt with them for a couple of years now; even when some high turn-over items out of stock for a day or two they keep you right up to date as to when they will be available/despatched and more often than not exceed those schedules. As a business person I've stopped dealing with all my other IT suppliers and get everything I need through elive.co.nz....why would you bother going anywhere else? I've never had an order delivered so fast nor had a company keep me informed every step of the way of what was happening to my order. I wish all other companies would learn from you what customer service really means.
