Need to Arrange a Return?

We supply products from the World’s leading manufactures, but understandably from time-to-time things can go wrong & you may need to arrange a return.

The good news is all our products are supplied with local NZ warranties & we have a dedicated returns team ready to help.

Hassle-Free Return Process

Simply fill out our returns form below & our dedicated returns team will advise the best & quickest way for your issue to be resolved. Our team will keep you informed & supported throughout the process.

7-Day Returns

We offer a 7 day return policy. All we require is that the product is unopened and the packaging is in its original new condition (including security seal/sticker). This excludes any specially ordered items, licenses and/or extended warranties.

Free Faulty Return Courier

If your item develops a fault and needs to be returned, we will provide a prepaid return courier label. For customers in remote or rural areas, items will need to be dropped off at the nearest post or courier depot. Please note, if the returned product is found to be non-faulty, you may be responsible for the freight charges.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

On the rare occasion your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not the item you have ordered, we must be notified immediately for us to rectify the issue ASAP.

Direct Manufacturer Support

Many of our products come with dedicated manufacturer technical support. If available, we will initially direct customers to contact the manufacturer for troubleshooting and diagnosing any issues, as this often leads to the quickest resolution. In many cases, warranty-related issues are managed directly by the manufacturer, or you may be required to obtain a return number from the manufacturer for us to process a warranty claim. In any case, our team will guide & support you through the process.

Product Compatibility Issues

Please choose your product carefully. We strive to provide comprehensive information on each item, but due to the variety of IT hardware & software compatibility issues, we cannot guarantee that an item will work with your configuration. If an item is incompatible, it does not mean it is unfit for purpose or has a hardware fault.

Loss of Data

It is your responsibility to back up your data. If you need to return an item, please note that assessment and/or repair of the item may result in the loss of data. We are not liable for any damage to, or loss of any programs, data, or other information stored on any device.
