After querying a delivery delay, I was kept informed of a courier issue and was told another item was on its way by Urgent Courier. It arrived very quickly, and I am very impressed with the level of service. I didn't hassle them to do this; they just sorted it! I bought a small ticket item, and I dare say there wasn't much profit in that transaction, but they will continue to have my support.

Elive were so helpful when I called. I needed my item within two days which can sometimes be a problem between islands. My order arrived on time which was fantastic. Also, a bonus being able to pay online rather than with a credit card.

Had great feedback from Elive regarding the correct RAM for my computer. It works great, delivered 2days before I was expecting it. My last experience from another supplier was not good on any of the above, i.e. the wrong RAM which caused me lots of problems needless to say I will not be going back to them. Thanks, Elive.
