Could not ask for more, helpful, knowledgeable staff and prompt service

Can't really say how you guys could improve much. I needed to phone a question before placing my order, and I was answered by a real person who was courteous, prompt, and really knew what he was talking about - a pleasant surprise on customer service lines! I'm very pleased with my purchase. more so that I was contacted immediately by phone when the product was found to be out of stock, the staff member was very helpful sorting out a replacement and informing me of new shipping date. I was surprised when they turned up 2 days earlier than I expected, 10/10 guys thanks for the great job.
