Excellent service from Elive. Competitive pricing, prompt emails to confirm order and progress and printer delivered within the given period. This is the second time I have used Elive and strongly recommend their services.

There was a minor item missing from the original shipment of my order. Elive responded immediately, looked into it, verified the situation and acted immediately to rectify the problem. The order was shipped on the day I made payment.

Excellent customer support, which I needed as I was ordering for a relative from the UK. The live chat was particularly helpful, but the followup service was also excellent.
