After having such a bad run with customer service when dealing with other businesses lately it was so refreshing to finally deal with a company that fully understands customers service. The pre-sale online chat was quick to load and easy to use, I appreciated that I didn't have to fill out a whole bunch of form fields just to chat with someone. The person I chatted to was able to fully assist me with my enquiry. Placing an order was quick and easy. The thing I appreciated the most was the email communication that kept me fully updated with the status of my order, from received order to ready for shipping to been sent. I got the goods the very next day which was great. Well done guys on getting it 100% right. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Elive.

I was very amazed at how quicky my tablet arrived! It was only just shipped early in the morning yesterday and then it arrived here just several hours later! Certainly the best purchase I've ever had! Customer support was excellent and very helpful too. And the price for the tablet is the lowest out there! I definitely recommend this to everybody!
