Inkjet Printers

We bought a large projector screen from Elive and it sadly arrived damaged. However, after phoning, then emailing some photos of the damage to the returns dept they promptly sorted out a replacement to be sent out that day and the upon arrival (after we checked the replacements condition) the courier took the damaged one away. Couldn't have been easier. Thanks for the great service.

What a pleasure to deal with an organisation who regards communication as important. I will certainly place any further orders I have through Elive, with confidence.

Once again you have come through on a great order. Total time from ordering to delivery at my home, 25 hours. A lot better service than another computer parts company. I recommend highly to everyone who orders from Elive. You won't be disappointed.
