Have been dealing with Elive on a regular basis for about 2 years and have always found their support and purchasing process both speedy and of excellent standard.

I placed an order on a Wednesday evening and stock was limited. Before 9AM the following day I was told that the items were out of stock. I was pleased with the rapid response, and the techies made recommendations of alternative products before lunch. They were shipped the same day. It was a shame that the original products were unavailable, but the response and resolution were awesome! Thank you.

I placed my order about 3.30pm and received it about 10am next day in Dunedin, fantastic service again. On top of the great service, this was the best price I could find and of course free courier service. That's why we keep returning.
