After making an enquiry online, I received a reply after just 15 minutes. The price of the product was FANTASTIC. It was an easy choice, so I placed the order. The next day it was dispatched and I received it by 7am the following morning. Now that's what I call great service. I will definitely do business with these guys again. I placed my order (4 items) on 22 Dec and had the first package arrive within 24 hours. I was happily surprised when the courier arrived at 8pm! The next package arrived the next morning 24 Dec. Perfectly in time for Christmas. I had priced these items, and these 4 items cost the same as 1 of them at Harvey Norman and 3 at Dick Smith. So, there was definitely value for money. I must admit I was a bit sceptical at first you know the 'Too Good to be True' warning! But I found the communication via the live support and email to be excellent. They informed me every step of the process; order placed, payment received, items dispatched. I am going to highly recommend Elive to all I know. Thanks for making Christmas go a bit further.
