I recently purchased a keyboard/mouse combo which turned out to be faulty. I contacted Elive, the whole issue was resolved promptly with a new unit and a refund on the original purchase because I chose to buy a different brand for the replacement. I found the service and help from Elive absolutely fantastic, and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

All round excellent. I wish everyone gave this kind of service.

Elive was very helpful gave me plenty of advice as to which operating system was best for me and how to load it (something i had no idea about). The order was shipped promptly and I was aware of the status throughout the process. Would definitley reccommend to others.
