Email acknowledging receipt of the order was received on the same day the order was placed; despatch of item was immediate - within 1 day; emails despatched advising - firstly that the item was 'awaiting shipping' and secondly that the item had been 'shipped' and the date of shipment. The item arrived within two days of shipment, packaged extremely securely. Thanks for your efforts.
