I didn't have to talk to anyone, so I can't rate customer support or communication, but the whole process was flawless so I presume the customer support and communication would have been Great too. This was a good experience. cheers bazza
From Hilltop
Hi, I am so impressed by your quick delivery service. I recently used another company. They took over 3 weeks to get the package to me! You, on the other hand, not only offered a great price, but you also only took 2 working days - that's the way to keep a customer! I will definitely by using you again. Thanks!
From Wellington
Simple process to place an order for ink, cheaper than last time, and received promptly. Thank you. Will order again as needed.
