What our customers say
I recently purchased a keyboard/mouse combo which turned out to be faulty. I contacted Elive, the whole issue was resolved promptly with a new unit and a refund on the original purchase because I chose to buy a different brand for the replacement. I found the service and help from Elive absolutely fantastic, and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
From Katikati
Really impressed with your support and customer service! Outstanding!!! I didn't realise the items would ship from different places though so had hoped to save more on freight - however you did a great job and even manually recalculated my shipping costs and refunded me some - without prompting! Excellent service :)
From Paraparaumu
