This is the first time I have shopped online through Elive and it was an awesome experience! I especially enjoyed being able to live chat with someone (rather than having to wait for a reply via e-mail) as they were able to assist me with selecting the right product for my needs and budget. I wish more online stores had this option. I also liked the Internet Banking Payment option as opposed to just credit card. The 'free shipping' was an added bonus. Another fast delivered item (got me out of bed the next day again). Slight problem with the delivered item (due to my mistake) but corrected by the staff at Elive with a fast email reply. I have ordered several items from Elive now and have found the process from start of the finish has been of the highest standard, Thanks.
