After querying a delivery delay, I was kept informed of a courier issue and was told another item was on its way by Urgent Courier. It arrived very quickly, and I am very impressed with the level of service. I didn't hassle them to do this; they just sorted it! I bought a small ticket item, and I dare say there wasn't much profit in that transaction, but they will continue to have my support.

I felt I should let you know that your service/support was excellent for that purchase. Couldn't have been more helpful. I had to change the order details at the last minute and was in a panic to get the drive ASAP as I had a failing drive and no replacement on standby.

I bought an item from these guys and was totally amazed with the service and delivery, I live in a rural area and was expecting 2-3 days delivery, but no, I have the item the next day, and also the price was cheaper than some of the other places I was looking at, I am definitely going to be doing some more shopping in the future with these guys.
