Couldn't have asked for better service. As soon as the payment went through, I had the laptop in my hands the next morning :)

I placed an order on a Wednesday evening and stock was limited. Before 9AM the following day I was told that the items were out of stock. I was pleased with the rapid response, and the techies made recommendations of alternative products before lunch. They were shipped the same day. It was a shame that the original products were unavailable, but the response and resolution were awesome! Thank you.
