Have not had to deal with Customer Service yet, so can't rate it, but delivery was very impressive. Ordered one day and received it the next, even when ordered on the weekend.

What a great company...I ordered a cable on a friday, they didn't have the right one but offered a suitable substitute which I approved. It was sent late afternoon Rural Delivery and arrived next day! Unbelievable as most couriers take up to five days. And excellent service from Elive.

Elive service is as good as it gets. Quick response to an email inquiry, rapid updates on order status, friendly follow on, good prices, fast delivery, well packed... and now, based on this experience and the trust established, I will be comfortable saving even more money by using direct to bank deposits for future orders.
