You guys are amazing! I placed the order on Sunday afternoon at 12:55 pm. I received an email on Monday morning at 8:39 am telling me my order was ready to be despatched. Just before 4:00pm that same day (Monday) the courier delivered my parcel, and I live in Christchurch. It was packaged perfectly and wasn't damaged in any way. I unpacked the item (UPS), plugged it in and was up and running again with zero problems. Then I checked my email again and was advised by Nick that the freight charge that I had paid was more than expected and that I was being refunded some money! That is incredible! I was already impressed with the speed, service and quality that I have received from the team at Elive and then to be passed a refund just puts Elive in a totally different world to everyone else! You guys are great!!!
