This is the first time I have shopped online through Elive and it was an awesome experience! I especially enjoyed being able to live chat with someone (rather than having to wait for a reply via e-mail) as they were able to assist me with selecting the right product for my needs and budget. I wish more online stores had this option. I also liked the Internet Banking Payment option as opposed to just credit card. The 'free shipping' was an added bonus. Excellent automated communication system which advised of the complete delivery process. Full marks if the cheapest...but would pay the few dollars extra in future for the confidence in the company.
