Had customer support with real time chat at the website which was helpfull, also was promised a 7 day return policy if the ram wasn't compatible wth my laptop. Had it arrive by courier 2 days after ordering, flawless service all round.

The only problem I have with your service is you were too fast, the email you sent said the goods would be sent about the 27th.
