I especially enjoyed being able to live chat with someone (rather than having to wait for a reply via e-mail) as they were able to assist me with selecting the right product for my needs and budget. I wish more online stores had this option. I also liked the Internet Banking Payment option as opposed to just credit card. The 'free shipping' was an added bonus.
