My first order with Elive has just been delivered. Placed the order for a Fellowes HD-10Cs shredder and paid on line this Wednesday. Product was collected from warehouse @ 4pm next day by courier and delivered to our home office at 12.30 today (Friday). I was notified of progress throughout the whole process. Cost us $209. However, after phoning, then emailing some photos of the damage to the returns dept they promptly sorted out a replacement to be sent out that day and the upon arrival (after we checked the replacements condition) the courier took the damaged one away.
