What our customers say
Very happy with the customer service, prompt email response on questions, kept me updated with the process of the order... I will be using this site again to buy products, an easy way to shop. Thank you.
From Northcote
Great service from Elive, with email updates along the way. Very pleased with the Logitech keyboard, and it only took 5 days to a rural address from the order date.
From Linkwater
We bought a large projector screen from Elive and it sadly arrived damaged. However, after phoning, then emailing some photos of the damage to the returns dept they promptly sorted out a replacement to be sent out that day and the upon arrival (after we checked the replacements condition) the courier took the damaged one away. Couldn't have been easier. Thanks for the great service.
