Placed an order 5:17pm Wed, processed and shipped Thurs, arrived overnight from Auckland 11:00am Friday to the lower North Island. Most pleased with my item, cant fault service.

We bought a large projector screen from Elive and it sadly arrived damaged. However, after phoning, then emailing some photos of the damage to the returns dept they promptly sorted out a replacement to be sent out that day and the upon arrival (after we checked the replacements condition) the courier took the damaged one away. Couldn't have been easier. Thanks for the great service.

I have been a long-time customer with ELIVE since 2010 and I purchased over 220 items from computers to ink cartridges. I recommend this firm when something goes wrong which happened only once (they rectify the problem quickly).
