I was amazed at the speed of delivery: ordered 2 pm Tuesday, delivered (Rural Delivery) Wednesday morning.

You provide a terrific service. I have always had queries answered intelligently and reasonably promptly. Your delivery service has been excellent and completely predictable. The system works exactly as stated. You're doing a great job. Keep it up.

Hi Guys, as you can see from my account history, I have made quite a few purchases from you over the past few years. I would like to commend you on your VERY prompt handling of orders and the fact that I usually receive the goods by the next day, even though you ship mainly from Auckland. On the few occasions when I have had to make a warranty claim or to exchange faulty goods, Simon has been great in handling all that. All in all, you have my genuine endorsement as a preferred company to deal with. Thank you.
