What our customers say
Awesome communication and they're so speedy that I got my item the next day! VERY impressed! :-)
From Kapiti Coast
Unbelievably fantastic service. Placed the order for a high value item @ 730am, received email confirmation of order and delivery details soon after 8am and it was delivered lunchtime the following day. Cant speak highly enough of these guys.
From Bell Block
Can't really say how you guys could improve much. I needed to phone a question before placing my order, and I was answered by a real person who was courteous, prompt, and really knew what he was talking about - a pleasant surprise on customer service lines! I am in rural Central Otago, and even my local postie was impressed with the speed of the order. Many thanks - I will be back. All the best, Peter
