Pre-sale assistance was better than expected from any business. Then the goods arrived several days earlier than expected. I chose the wrong program and the return and refund system was most excellent. I would recommend to anyone whether they have computer knowledge or not! The service was fast, including advice. Great work you people at Elive. Special thanks to Connor for all his help when I rang through with my detailed enquiry. Between us we managed to work out exactly what I required. Further to that, my order was sent through and then promptly dispatched and arrived today at home, all the way to the South Island and inland to Ranfurly. To top that off, the system works! Am now able to use our laptop through our TV. I'm not sure how you manage all this but keep it up. I'll be back to use your excellent services in the future. Cheers!
