What our customers say
Hi Guys, as you can see from my account history, I have made quite a few purchases from you over the past few years. I would like to commend you on your VERY prompt handling of orders and the fact that I usually receive the goods by the next day, even though you ship mainly from Auckland. On the few occasions when I have had to make a warranty claim or to exchange faulty goods, Simon has been great in handling all that. All in all, you have my genuine endorsement as a preferred company to deal with. Thank you.
From Wanaka
Super fast Auckland delivery, from order to arrival it took only 24 hrs. Well packaged item. And Elive keep you up to date with emails on order/delivery status, which is a bonus.
First class communication skills, I was kept informed immediately of any possible change. Excellent packaging to ensure goods arrived undamaged, this is particularly unusual especially on Waiheke Island, where goods are transported by Ferry etc. Highly recommended
