These people provide excellent service. As a very small customer I am very impressed with how well they perform. If an item is in stock next day delivery is the norm. On my most recent order the required battery was not in country and was placed on back order. I was kept fully informed throughout the whole process up until the order was delivered in due course.

As a first purchase from Elive did feel some hesitation which has been wholly dispelled by the incredible price and service. This was 'the' best price I found in my research, including Trademe. Will certainly be back :)

Wow - never expected such great on-line/direct to consumer service in NZ. Up with the best of them in Europe. Will definitely be placing more orders.
