Can't really say how you guys could improve much. I needed to phone a question before placing my order, and I was answered by a real person who was courteous, prompt, and really knew what he was talking about - a pleasant surprise on customer service lines! Very Easy purchasing online, communication was friendly and helpful. Response to email questions was quick and helpful. I really liked being able to see the status of where the purchase was at and the speed of which the information was changed to reflect this. Delivery was very quick and surprised me. Had customer support with real time chat at the website which was helpfull, also was promised a 7 day return policy if the ram wasn't compatible wth my laptop. Had it arrive by courier 2 days after ordering, flawless service all round.
