I highly recommend Elive for your tech needs, more so than other popular vendors. I cannot sing their praises highly enough, regarding the level of customer service and support I’ve experienced with them. I was in the market for a NAS (first time user of such a device) and Scott was so professional, helpful and forthcoming with advice, even before I was committed to purchasing from Elive. I informed him I was just “looking around” and would call back at a later time. My previous experience has been that would often get minimal assistance in such a situation, but not with Scott. He spoke with me at length for over 15 min on the phone, even looking up information online for me while we spoke, so as to better answer all my newbie questions. His advice was invaluable and given the reasonable pricing of the product, I subsequently decided to purchase from them. There was a minor hiccup post delivery, but the Elive team proactively and immediately helped resolve it, within a day.
