I was in the market for a NAS (first time user of such a device) and Scott was so professional, helpful and forthcoming with advice, even before I was committed to purchasing from Elive. I informed him I was just “looking around” and would call back at a later time. My previous experience has been that would often get minimal assistance in such a situation, but not with Scott.
