I placed my order late on thursday afternoon, I added an additional proviso to my order. Hardly had the order been completed when I was telephoned to confirm the poviso and what info Elive had on my requirement. This was discussed in a professional and knowledgeable way and my fears satisfied. I also requested (without much hope ?) that the product could be dispatched immediately as I wanted it for the weekend if possible.
