What our customers say
Received timely. Highly recommended. I only buy Hard drives and other stuff only from Elive now. Thank you, team.
From Pakuranga
Great online customer service and super fast delivery (nice that it was free)! - the item i ordered and paid for already ran out, however they were nice to recommend me other products that were similar also the option for refund. Ended up choosing a different power supply, everything was sorted quickly - did not really have to do much on this end. :)

Can't really say how you guys could improve much. I needed to phone a question before placing my order, and I was answered by a real person who was courteous, prompt, and really knew what he was talking about - a pleasant surprise on customer service lines! I am in rural Central Otago, and even my local postie was impressed with the speed of the order. Many thanks - I will be back. All the best, Peter
