What our customers say
I placed my order late on thursday afternoon, I added an additional proviso to my order. Hardly had the order been completed when I was telephoned to confirm the poviso and what info Elive had on my requirement. This was discussed in a professional and knowledgeable way and my fears satisfied. I also requested (without much hope ?) that the product could be dispatched immediately as I wanted it for the weekend if possible. No promises were given - BUT early saturday morning my scanner was delivered. THANK YOU ELIVE

Wow! Fantastic service guys! Ordered an inkjet printer and an extra set of ink cartridges Wed afternoon, received the ink cartridges the very next day, mid-morning, and the printer mid-morning the day after that (under 2 days to South Island)! Great service and great communication all the way - will be ordering from these guys again! A LOT of on-line retailers should seriously take a leaf out of these guys book as far as customer service and satisfaction goes! Many thanks.
You guys rock, ..... my second purchase from you and it was as fast as the first. Definitely interested in some other products and will purchase in the future, once again many thanks for quick contact with emails and postage of product.
