I placed my order (4 items) on 22 Dec and had the first package arrive within 24 hours. I was happily surprised when the courier arrived at 8pm! The next package arrived the next morning 24 Dec. Perfectly in time for Christmas. I had priced these items, and these 4 items cost the same as 1 of them at Harvey Norman and 3 at Dick Smith. So, there was definitely value for money. I must admit I was a bit sceptical at first you know the 'Too Good to be True' warning! But I found the communication via the live support and email to be excellent. They informed me every step of the process; order placed, payment received, items dispatched. I am going to highly recommend Elive to all I know. Thanks for making Christmas go a bit further.

I placed an order on a Wednesday evening and stock was limited. Before 9AM the following day I was told that the items were out of stock. I was pleased with the rapid response, and the techies made recommendations of alternative products before lunch. They were shipped the same day. It was a shame that the original products were unavailable, but the response and resolution were awesome! Thank you.
