I just wanted to write and say thank you for all of your help regarding the card and the refund. It was really lovely to deal with someone in customer service that actually cares about their customers - it is a refreshing and pleasant change from the norm! First time ordering with Elive. Called the 0800 number at first and was greeted almost immediately by a friendly staff member who guided me in placing an order online. After placing the order, we got email notifications along the way up until it was delivered literally within 12 hours of making the order! No doubt, this was a very good first time experience.
