What our customers say
We bought a large projector screen from Elive and it sadly arrived damaged. However, after phoning, then emailing some photos of the damage to the returns dept they promptly sorted out a replacement to be sent out that day and the upon arrival (after we checked the replacements condition) the courier took the damaged one away. Couldn't have been easier. Thanks for the great service.

Great communication and product advice. I was kept informed by regular status emails along the way once my order had been placed and the item was received in great time. Highly recommended, thanks.
