I cannot sing their praises highly enough, regarding the level of customer service and support I’ve experienced with them. I was in the market for a NAS (first time user of such a device) and Scott was so professional, helpful and forthcoming with advice, even before I was committed to purchasing from Elive. There was a minor hiccup post delivery, but the Elive team proactively and immediately helped resolve it, within a day. I’m very pleased with my Synology NAS (Scott’s advice helped me choose the exact product/model for my needs). My experience with other tech vendors (including a very popular one) has often been fair to average, so it’s particularly refreshing to be thoroughly satisfied with my entire dealings with Elive.
