If I'm not allowed to say kickass someone better stop me. Service was above and beyond - as if free delivery within 24 hours isn't already kickass enough - I actually needed my order yesterday, so with online support we sorted a 1 hour courier and I had it in little over an hour and could get back to work and meet my deadline. Can't rate elive highly enough. Thanks.

Superb service, ordered in the afternoon, arrived 9am next morning, can't ask for better service.

Can't really say how you guys could improve much. I needed to phone a question before placing my order, and I was answered by a real person who was courteous, prompt, and really knew what he was talking about - a pleasant surprise on customer service lines!
