Elive customer service is excellent. Sadly, the headset I ordered could not do the multiple device hook that I wanted. I informed Elive that it did not perform as expected and they arranged a full refund. Well done, Elive. Truly excellent customer service.

Purchased order at about 3.30pm on a Friday afternoon, had been shipped the same day, and received first thing Tuesday morning. Monday was Labour day so this is pretty much next day delivery, and they keep you updated the whole way through. Very impressed with packaging too, will definitely use again.
