I am not overly computer literate so I was very impressed by the down to earth way that what I needed was explained to me in terms I understood. Thank you very much for your help and expertise. If I require anything else I will certainly check this site/speak to someone personally for help.

I didn't realise the items would ship from different places though so had hoped to save more on freight - however you did a great job and even manually recalculated my shipping costs and refunded me some - without prompting!
