Pre-sale assistance was better than expected from any business. Then the goods arrived several days earlier than expected. I chose the wrong program and the return and refund system was most excellent. I would recommend to anyone whether they have computer knowledge or not! The service was fast, including advice. I felt that there was someone just waiting for my silly questions!
