I ordered on a Sunday, it was with me on Tuesday, my product worked perfectly, and for each step of the process I got a email telling me what was going on. Fantastic service!

Excellent service streamlined ordering (variety of payment options) and was notified when goods would be arriving so could plan ahead. Very impressed.

We bought a large projector screen from Elive and it sadly arrived damaged. However, after phoning, then emailing some photos of the damage to the returns dept they promptly sorted out a replacement to be sent out that day and the upon arrival (after we checked the replacements condition) the courier took the damaged one away. Couldn't have been easier. Thanks for the great service.
