Although I was disappointed by the fact that my initial purchase was out of stock and this was not conveyed through the website the follow up assistance, both technical and shipping wise was exceptional and without fault. These guys ended up saving me a lot of hassle by showing me exactly what parts I needed and I would highly reccomend to anyone who is thinking of upgrading to contact them first to ensure that the parts you are planning on will work with your computer.
