After having such a bad run with customer service when dealing with other businesses lately it was so refreshing to finally deal with a company that fully understands customers service. The pre-sale online chat was quick to load and easy to use, I appreciated that I didn't have to fill out a whole bunch of form fields just to chat with someone. The person I chatted to was able to fully assist me with my enquiry. Placing an order was quick and easy. The thing I appreciated the most was the email communication that kept me fully updated with the status of my order, from received order to ready for shipping to been sent. I got the goods the very next day which was great. Well done guys on getting it 100% right. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Elive.
