Placed order about 2;15pm - arrived about 10am next day in Hawkes Bay. Excellent! The Promate power bank/wireless charger is great for my needs. A well thought out and flexible piece of equipment. 2 year warranty is good though I don't really expect to use it. Definitely recommend this and Elive service.

I'm placing this feedback because I'm very impressed. I hadn't even heard of this company until last week. They had the best price for the equipment I needed. I took a punt and ordered it, and I'm impressed. It arrived within days, plus they kept me up to date with progress via email. I will definitely be using them again.

I really mean it when I say that this was the fastest delivery out of a number of online shops I dealt with. In addition, detailed email messages were sent outlining what is happening at every stage of the shipment. Unlike some other places it appears that this shop clearly states whether the item is in stock or not before the money is deposited.
