Hi Guys, as you can see from my account history, I have made quite a few purchases from you over the past few years. I would like to commend you on your VERY prompt handling of orders and the fact that I usually receive the goods by the next day, even though you ship mainly from Auckland. On the few occasions when I have had to make a warranty claim or to exchange faulty goods, Simon has been great in handling all that.
