Super fast and super easy! Ordered speaker cable on Tuesday 8pm (even cheaper then elsewhere online) and surprisingly received it the following Thursday morning in South Island, that's in 1.5 days! Fantastic, thank you so much :)

Can't really say how you guys could improve much. I needed to phone a question before placing my order, and I was answered by a real person who was courteous, prompt, and really knew what he was talking about - a pleasant surprise on customer service lines!
