I placed an order on a Wednesday evening and stock was limited. Before 9AM the following day I was told that the items were out of stock. I was pleased with the rapid response, and the techies made recommendations of alternative products before lunch. They were shipped the same day. It was a shame that the original products were unavailable, but the response and resolution were awesome! Thank you.

Best company I have ever dealt with over the web, or otherwise for that matter. Email acknowledging receipt of the order was received on the same day the order was placed; despatch of item was immediate - within 1 day; emails despatched advising - firstly that the item was 'awaiting shipping' and secondly that the item had been 'shipped' and the date of shipment. The item arrived within two days of shipment, packaged extremely securely. Thanks for your efforts.
